Cancellation Policy

To provide the best service possible to all our clients, please review the following cancellation policy:

Appointment Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us time to offer the slot to another client in need of care.

Late Cancellations / No-Shows
   •    Late Cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice): A [percentage]% fee or [flat fee, e.g. £50] will be charged.
   •    No-Show (missed appointment without any notice): You will be charged the full amount of the scheduled session.

Emergency Exceptions

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events happen. We will do our best to handle these situations with compassion and flexibility.

Repeat Cancellations

Clients who repeatedly cancel late or miss appointments may be required to prepay for future sessions or may lose booking privileges.
